Bike, Run or Walk to Help Palm Beach County Residents Struggling with Illiteracy
LOOP for Literacy Fundraiser Set for February 8, 2025
BOYNTON BEACH, Fla., Dec. 11, 2024 – The Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County invites cyclists, walkers, and runners to participate in the 15th Annual LOOP for Literacy at Bryant Park in Lake Worth Beach on Saturday, February 8, 2025. Funds raised from the family-friendly event will support literacy programs that help children and adults succeed in school and life.
You can participate as an individual or form a team of colleagues, family members or friends. Participants
receive a race tech shirt and a book-themed finisher medal. Every child registered receives a book.
Participants can choose from:
24-MILE ROADSIDE BIKE RIDE (Helmet Required): 7:00 a.m.
- This scenic ride includes a rest stop at Manatee Lagoon and loops back to Bryant Park.
- Early Bird price: $55; price after Jan. 8, 2025: $65
5K USATF CERTIFIED RUN / WALK: 8:00 a.m. for runners; 8:05 a.m. for walkers
- Early Bird price for adults: $40; price after Jan. 8, 2025: $50
- Early Bird price for students (18 and under): $20; price after Jan. 8, 2025: $25
KIDS 1-MILE FUN RUN (12 years and under): 8:45 a.m.
- Early Bird price: $15; price after Jan. 8, 2025: $20
KIDS 100-YARD DASH (7 years and under): 9:00 a.m.
- Early Bird price: $15; price after Jan. 8, 2025: $20

- February 5, 2025, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Bryant Park in Lake Worth Beach under the covered walkway.
- February 6, 2025, 3:00 – 5:30 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches at 401 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach.
